Background

We work closely with the National Federation of Fish Friers who have a range of taught courses and distance learning programmes in fish frying and customer service skills. The NFFF have a training academy in Leeds and can deliver the following NFFF fish frying training courses.

Seafish has approved the KFE Fish Frying School near Peterborough as a fish frying training centre.

Fish friers in the UK are very well served by trainers, courses and qualifications. Seafish and the National Federation of Fish Friers take a lead on supporting training and qualifications for fish friers throughout the UK.
