Hygiene and Cleaning in the Seafood Industry is an open learning programme published by the
Sea Fish Industry Authority (Seafish). After studying this substantial training module you can undertake an
Elementary Food Hygiene exam from the Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland (REHIS).
If successful you will be awarded this Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification. This regulated qualification is recognised throughout the UK and internationally.
Thousands of people in the UK seafood industry have used this open learning module to achieve a food safety qualification,
and now thanks to Seafish you can use this open learning module on your PC, Netbook and Smartphone free of charge.

If you decide to go forward for the exam then there will be a charge although that may be funded by Seafish if you are part of the UK seafood Industry.
