Trailblazer Apprenticeships for the seafood industry include:
- Food Process Operations (Levels 2 and 3) - This includes seafood processing and manufacturing. Developed by the Food and Drink National Skills

- Fishmongering (Level 2) - This includes supermarket, independent and mobile fishmongers. Launched in 2017;

- Fish Frying - following discussions during 2017, Seafish will support pilots to roll out production cooking and other hospitality standards in the fish frying sector.
