Background

Seafish have been delivering health and safety training courses since the early 2000s. With more than 1,000 successful health and safety trainees, Seafish have demonstrated the effectiveness of their network of trainers and their open learning programmes in supporting employers and employees in the fish and shellfish industry.

Health & Safety courses - distance learning programme for fish friers. This is part of the fish frying distance learning programme that covers food safety, H&S, fish frying skills and customer service skills. These courses are developed by Seafish and delivered by the National Federation of Fish Friers.
