Industry Courses
The Seafood Training Centre North East is pleased to be able to offer a number of courses designed for everyone working in the seafood industry, from fishermen to fishmongers, processors to fish fryers - including all those wanting to work in the fishing industry, whether they are fishing or waiting on, processing or serving.

They hold these courses in their purpose-built premises. They are always interested in extending our range of courses, so please let them know if there is an additional area you would like them to cover.

All course costs are inclusive of all ingredients. Unforms and utensils are all supplied by the Centre.
