Fish Frying: Recruitment, retention and development programme

This page will detail the results of the collaboration in 2022 between the National Federation of Fish Friers, Seafish (Onshore Training) and the three apprenticeship providers Coleg Cambria (Wales), Polaris Learning (Scotland) and HIT Training (England).

Together we will work to make available advice on where to access funding and support, how to use apprenticeships and other programmes to attract and keep the best talent, and how to develop that winning team.

We'll also work together to develop better tools to help you and other industry leading fish frying businesses not only survive but to thrive.
