Also known as Wolf Fish, Catfish are found all around the North Atlantic, and have a
torpedo shaped body which is usually only available already filleted – probably a
good thing, as the whole fish is not particularly attractive, and the skin is tough. A
good buy, the flesh is firm and can be cooked like any Cod-like species.
