Food Hygiene Training in Foreign Languages

Seafish have developed foreign language versions of two key food safety training programmes.

Introductory Food Hygiene in the Seafood Industry

This short (3hr) taught course is ideal for low risk seafood handling operations.

The course is available in six languages as well as English, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish.

Elementary Food Hygiene

Also available in languages other than English is Seafish's hugely successful hygiene open learning programme, available in Lithuanian, Polish and Portuguese. These materials can lead to an Elementary Food Hygiene qualification.
