Providers within the network consist of those that provide training services, apprenticeships and also facilities and venues for training to take place in. While there are many such providers in Wales, the following profiles are of those that have joined the Network and who are active in supporting the Network
Network Training Services - based in Port Talbot, Network Training Services (NTS Ltd) are able to support Level 2 and Level 3 fish and shellfish apprenticeships throughout most of south and mid Wales. As a Seafish recognised apprenticeship provider, NTS Ltd are ideally placed to help employers in all kinds of onshore fish businesses benefit from apprenticeships and professional qualifications in fish and shellfish industry skills.
Strive Training Ltd - based in London, but with staff in North Wales, Strive Training are able to deliver in Wales a range of food safety, fishmongering and knife skills related training programmes on behalf of Seafish and the Wales Network.
Welsh Seafood Industry Training Association - for food safety and H&S training through open learning, primarily in South Wales, but elsewhere in Wales subject to timing.
Llandrillo College, Llandudno - In collaboration with Seafish and the Wales network, the College is working towards delivery of knife skills, product knowledge, cooking and smoking training courses for both the public and business.
