If you would like to receive a recognised Seafish certificate for your work your will need to enroll on the appropriate programme. The two certificates programmes that are available:
Frying Skills. This qualification consists of two self study workbooks
focusing on the preparation and cooking of fish and chips. Hygiene
and Health & Safety are also included. Students can complete
an on-site assessment with a certificate issued to successful candidates.
