Southern Regional College are expanding their support for fish and shellfish apprenticeships to include both the fish frying sector and the fishmongering sector in Northern Ireland. With experience of delivering this apprnticeship framework to fish processors, SRC are now ready to support all onshore fish and shellfish businesses.
