Workshop Title: Fish Quality and Production Cooking Workshop;

Workshop Date: 28th November 2017;

Workshop Location: Duchy College, Stoke Climsland, PL17 8PB;

Cost: Free of charge.

 

Background

The main purpose of the workshop is to inform fish friers and seafood chefs of the opportunities presented by the senior chef, production cooking apprenticeship pilot to be delivered by Duchy College and Seafish in SW England.

Also of interest on the day will be a free fish quality assessment training course and an opportunity to sit a food safety or health and safety exam leading to a nationally recognised qualification.

The quality assessment course and other training is free of charge to attendees of the apprenticeship workshop.
