Seafood School will be hosting their annual Celebrate Sustainable
Seafood award event on Thursday 27th January 2011 at Billingsgate
Seafood Training School, Billingsgate Market, London.
The event will
offer commercial seafood buyers, chefs and journalists access to
key players in the seafood world. They will have the opportunity

vote for their favourite champion/presenter and select the winner
of the Billingsgate School Sustainable Seafood Award 2011.
