Annual Celebrate Sustainability Awards

Billingsgate Seafood School will be hosting their annual Celebrate Sustainable Seafood award event on Thursday 27th January 2011 at Billingsgate Seafood Training School, Billingsgate Market, London.

The event will offer commercial seafood buyers, chefs and journalists access to key players in the seafood world. They will have the opportunity to listen to various presenters champion a particular species and be able to ask questions on current sustainable seafood sourcing issues.

Attendees will vote for their favourite champion/presenter and select the winner of the Billingsgate School Sustainable Seafood Award 2011.

The event, chaired by Paul Williams, Chief Executive of Seafish, is a fantastic celebration of sustainable seafood and a great industry networking opportunity ....... and a good excuse to pay a visit to the largest UK fish market.
