    Helen Muir of Dawnfresh becomes Scottish Network Chairman (July 2015)

    Helen Muir, HR Director at Dawnfresh Seafoods Ltd has agreed to take the helm of the Scottish Seafood Training Network as Network Chairman. Helen has been a longstanding supporter of training and development in the fish and shellfish industry.

    Scottish Seafood Training Network - It's official! (May 2015)

    Launched on the 28th May before an invited audience of employers, training providers and regional representatives, the SSTN was brought to life by the signing of the Terms of Reference by Will Clark (Scottish Seafood Association Chairman), Ian Land (Seafood Scotland) and Lee Cooper (Head of Onshore Training for Seafish).

    Before the signing, the attendees heard from Helen Muir, Dawnfresh Seafoods HR Director, about the inspirational journey the company has undertaken over the last few years and the benefits of training. Lee Cooper talked about Seafood Training Networks and a briefing was delivered by the F&DNSA on the latest skills audit undertaken on behalf of the Scottish Seafood Partnership.
